We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults and individuals with disabilities thrive safely and independently at home. As we expand into new markets, we're looking for someone who can travel as needed to meet our growing demand. A successful candidate is highly empathetic, can juggle the needs of our clients, programs and business, and is eager to make a lasting impact. We're a tech-first team so comfort working with new systems and tools will be an advantage. Also a huge plus if home modification work is part of your past/current experience.ย 

Role Highlights

  • Compensation: $45/hr, $1080/week (guaranteed)

  • Location: Traveling as Needed to Conduct In-Home Visits
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete required onboarding and credentialing needs
  • Participate in ongoing training & development programming as needed
  • Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications
  • Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques
  • Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system

Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active, unencumbered MA OT license.ย Other nice-to-haves would be DE, NY, IL, OH, MI, WI
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

  • Guaranteed pay, paid every two weeks
  • Travel is paid for via RampTravel; budgets for airfare, hotel, food stipend, etc are all set within the software to minimize and burden on the OT
  • Any travel via OT's own automobile is reimbursed at $0.70/mile
