Our Implementation Engineer executes the implementation of specific web projects at Nomad. You will be responsible for the full life-cycle of incidents, problems, and projects that arise from building B2B focused eCommerce storefronts. The position will require close working with our implementation, support, and integration teams with a focus on augmenting the technical aspects of our projects.

Day-to-Day

In this role, youll be surrounded by an agile team where your work will truly make a difference. You will be responsible for ensuring that new and existing Nomad eCommerce customers receive the highest quality performance and service. At Nomad, we go above and beyond to meet our customers needs.

Your first few weeks in this role will be a total submersion into our Nomad eCommerce world. Learning Nomads tools, processes, getting to know your team, and meeting our customers. We encourage our team to be autonomous, so go ahead, dive in!

In the day-to-day of this role, you can expect to be actively engaged with clients, gathering information and requirements. You are the voice of the customer to our team, so communication and documentation are key. At times, it may seem you are designing a customers functional requests in blueprint form, knowing that it will become a living, functioning site through all the workflows and communications you laid out for your team - truly impactful!

The majority of your time will likely be spent working with customer data while exercising your problem solving skills. Whether it be maintaining customer projects and configurations; mapping or troubling shooting data; or collaborating with your skilled team - your work at Nomad will make a real difference.
