Job Overview:

We are seeking a Python Senior Software Engineers to build and maintain intelligent automation solutions focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in the healthcare industry. We are seeking eight engineers in total. This role requires strong Python skills, particularly in Selenium and OpenCV, and a deep understanding of healthcare billing workflows. Experience with AI/ML, OCR, and cloud platforms (especially Azure) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust automation scripts for RCM processes using Python, Selenium, and OpenCV.
  • Automate web-based tasks (e.g., web scraping, form submissions, browser interactions) using Selenium.
  • Utilize OpenCV for image recognition and data extraction in visual and document-based workflows.
  • Apply AI and machine learning techniques (e.g., OCR, NLP, predictive analytics) to enhance automation and improve process outcomes.
  • Integrate automation solutions with billing software, EHR systems, and healthcare web portals.
  • Ensure all automation adheres to healthcare data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
