We are seeking a motivated and analytically driven Policy Analyst to join a growing public policy team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of experience who are interested in tracking global regulatory and legislative developments and providing strategic policy insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and analyze political, regulatory, and legislative developments across multiple global jurisdictions.
  • Conduct research and produce clear, actionable policy analysis, highlighting potential business impacts.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure policy insights align with business objectives and priorities.
  • Support the enhancement of policy monitoring processes, workflows, and analytical tools.
  • Stay current on global policy trends, emerging regulations, and legislative activity.
  • Assist with transparency reporting initiatives to ensure accuracy and alignment with applicable frameworks and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Government, Law, Economics, or a related field.
