• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain in-depth insights into clients' unique mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans based on empirical evidence.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs and aspirations of each client.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing timely emotional support and intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies, thereby ensuring client safety and well-being.
