What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Customer Sales and Support Representative, you'll connect with clients through scheduled virtual meetings, answer their questions, explain available benefit options, and help them make informed decisions based on their needs.

Daily Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using company-approved platforms
• Explain available benefit options in a professional and easy-to-understand way
• Listen carefully to each client's needs and answer questions accurately
• Assist clients through the enrollment process when appropriate
• Keep detailed records of client interactions
• Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings to continue developing your skills
