Daily Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using company-approved platforms
• Explain available benefit options in a professional and easy-to-understand way
• Listen carefully to each client's needs and answer questions accurately
• Assist clients through the enrollment process when appropriate
• Keep detailed records of client interactions
• Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings to continue developing your skills
