Job description

We’re looking for an all-star digital marketer (healthcare-focused) to join our expanding Digital Strategy team. If you are passionate about working with healthcare media partners, martech, building campaigns from the ground up, helping others grow, and presenting your work, we want to talk. Strong candidates will have experience collaborating with fast-paced teams and using today’s top marketing technologies and tools to drive great results for one or multiple healthcare organizations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Plan, negotiate, and buy media from external vendors, platforms, and media outlets like Doximity, WebMD, and OpenEvidence.
  • Build lead nurture and email campaigns inside our clients’ CRMs (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc) and for delivery to external partners.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to clients’ martech stack, campaign attribution, and marketing data.
  • Set up and launch email, social, paid, and organic marketing campaigns for clients.
  • Provide timely updates on campaign progress during internal and client-facing calls.
  • Coordinate campaigns and gather client feedback via Slack and email.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards, lead scoring systems, and goal and conversion reports that clearly communicate campaign performance.
  • Ensure data integrity by cleaning and maintaining contact databases and helping us source new leads.
  • Research products, services, and strategies to identify new opportunities to improve our own tech stack and approach.
  • Other digital marketing tasks, as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have likely worked in healthcare marketing and understand the difference between a payer and a patient.
  • You understand intensely regulated industries and the responsibilities and challenges of marketing to their customers.
  • You have deep experience in planning and building large, multichannel marketing campaigns and solving complex challenges related to martech implementation.
  • You have confidence working with external vendors, platforms, and media outlets to plan and buy media in the healthcare industry.
  • You know how to expertly leverage the latest marketing tools and technologies to build sophisticated campaigns that deliver results (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua).
  • You have experience building website analytics reports and sales and marketing dashboards in a variety of platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio & Sheets, HubSpot, Tableau).
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of what a marketing funnel is and how content, email, paid media, and sales intersect and work together.
  • You are an adept multitasker who can pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to shifting deadlines and client goals.
  • Your instinct is to take the initiative and solve problems as they arise.
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • You are in the Pacific Time Zone and can be available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PT.
PERKS & BENEFITS
  • 11 observed holidays + unlimited paid time off
  • Additional 4 mental wellness days per year
  • 100% company-funded health insurance premium, with dental and vision options
  • 401(k) plan to help save for your future
  • Mostly remote work setup
  • Summer Fridays (office closes at 3:00 PM) and Fall/Winter/Spring Fridays (office closes at 5:00 PM)
  • Monthly wellness stipend and quarterly employee appreciation gift
  • One-time reimbursement for work-from-home equipment
  • Monthly team bonding sessions / happy hours
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • The opportunity to join a dynamic, close-knit team that loves going to work with and for each other every day
