Job Description - Marketing Associate

Brief Description

TWST Events is looking for a Marketing Associate to support content creation, social media, event marketing, and marketing operations. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in B2B, SaaS, and event marketing.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule social media content on LinkedIn
  • Assist with blog writing, newsletters, and email campaigns
  • Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
  • Support webinars, conferences, and customer events
  • Create sales collateral and one-pagers
  • Help maintain marketing databases and reporting in HubSpot, Constant Contact and Email Octopus
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Assist with special marketing projects as needed
  • Track campaign performance metrics
  • Help prepare onsite materials and signage for conferences and events

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
