Oregon-Based Logistics Coordination (Baton Rouge hiring priority with nationwide remote eligibility)

Position Overview

Supports load assignments, shipment tracking, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Baton Rouge candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and monitor freight loads

Track shipments and maintain operational documentation

Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams

Maintain dispatch logs and operational records

Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment

Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

Qualifications
