  • Develop strong client relationships and engage in business development practices to leverage those partnerships for ongoing project work
  • Manage project cost through effective planning and prioritization

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of structural engineering experience, demonstrating growth in project management experience; theme park and live event project experience is preferred
  • BS in engineering, MS preferred

  • PE or SE license
  • Ability to travel for site visits

Benefits
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance, company paid life insurance

  • Design with the latest software and workstation
  • Regular office social events

Work Environment
At Schaefer, we believe our people do their best work with flexibility + connection. All team members have the option of working a hybrid schedule - in-person for greater collaboration + connection, and remotely for heads-down work + work/life balance. We value results over rigid schedules and trust our team members to manage their time in a way that supports both firm goals + individual effectiveness.
