Job description

NOW HIRING 100% REMOTE HEALTHCARE CSR'S!

***Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8am-9pm EST hours***

Overview:

1. The CSR demonstrates detailed knowledge of the clientsโ€™ plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment to ensure the maximum level of service is provided on every interaction.

2. This position requires critical thinking skills, strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, andโ€ฏthe ability to convey ownership.

3. The position requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

4. Assist participants in a concierge service model, addressing most inquiries end to end.

5. Provide high quality, proactive service, ensuring the successful completion of all inbound inquiries in a timely manner, keeping the participant apprised of status throughout the process in a proactive manner.

6. Ensure an optimal participant experience in the handling of all inquiries end-to-end.

7. Daily management of open cases and new cases on which includes interaction with the employee, conference calls with retirement providers, insurance companies and/or client services.

  • Previous remote call center experience is a must
  • Prior open enrollment or healthcare experience is a must
  • Ability to work remotely in a quiet and distraction free setting with strong internet
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
