• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address their unique needs.
• Facilitate the development of pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment protocols.
• Complete all required clinical documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to maintain quality assurance in our service delivery.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and collaborate with the clinical team to create effective behavior support plans tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and operational excellence.
• Act as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other relevant service systems to facilitate comprehensive support for our clients.
• Establish productive relationships with local and state agencies to promote our programs and identify potential partnerships and funding sources.
• Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities by attending training, conferences, and representing the agency in various forums.
• Promote and uphold the values, philosophy, and principles of our agency in every interaction and process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the operational goals of the organization.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals navigating emotional challenges, substance use recovery, and those with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. • A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.
• Independently licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
