This role is for an Onshore Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high‑quality software solutions. The role emphasizes hands‑on engineering, modern cloud‑native development, secure and compliant systems, and continuous improvement, while also providing technical leadership within Agile and DevOps delivery models.

Primary Responsibilities: Engineering & Technical Delivery
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions
  • Own and evolve the application technology stack, driving modern, cloud‑native solutions for complex business problems
  • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices for performance, scalability, resiliency, and security
  • Review and assess implementation patterns and source code to identify quality, performance, and maintainability gaps
  • Drive the creation of reusable components, frameworks, and libraries that can be leveraged across teams and programs
  • Lead and contribute to modernization initiatives and feature enrichment strategies
Technology Expertise
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Python, API development, and cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP)
  • Working knowledge of streaming technologies (Kafka) and observability tools such as Grafana and Splunk
  • Proficiency in application security, compliance, and secure coding practices
  • Experience developing AI‑enabled use cases and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications
  • Healthcare domain experience, with exposure to Facets, CSP, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms preferred
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
Agile, DevOps & Quality
  • Act as a servant leader within Agile delivery and DevOps engineering practices
  • Work closely with engineering leaders and product teams to ensure Agile and DevOps best practices are established and followed
  • Drive innovation, automation, and continuous improvement to increase delivery speed, quality, and reliability
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automated solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with business and product/capability teams to influence product decisions and prioritize roadmaps
  • Ensure business needs are met through simple, cost‑effective, and strategically aligned technical solutions
  • Drive alignment with engineering peers and technical leads across strategy, planning, and execution
  • Lead and provide hands‑on technical guidance and support to delivery teams
  • Mentor and coach engineers to help them perform at their highest potential
Governance, Reporting & Accountability
  • Define and enforce software strategies, standards, tools, processes, and engineering procedures
  • Provide clear management updates, status reporting, and dashboards to demonstrate delivery progress and process maturity
  • Track program execution and outcomes aligned to business and IT MBOs, taking full accountability for assigned scrum teams and engagements
  • Ensure delivery teams consistently follow best engineering practices and continuously improve application performance
Communication
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Present design decisions, progress updates, and solution outcomes in written and oral formats

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or engineering related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Java or Python and API development
  • 5+ years of experience with Kafka
  • 5+ years of experience with observability tools like Grafana and Splunk or similar
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud platform - either GCP or AWS
  • 3+ years of experience in application security compliance and security coding practices using tools like SonarQube or similar
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare domain experience, with exposure to Facets, CSP, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
