This remote role provides flexibility while enabling you to engage deeply with your clients. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using our telehealth platform, ensuring a secure and confidential environment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances, mental health needs, and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to reflect each client’s progress, adhering to best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with industry standards and participating in training opportunities.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to share insights, develop best practices, and enhance the therapeutic environment.

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals seeking support with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. By leveraging your therapeutic skills, you will help these clients work through challenges and achieve their personal growth goals. You will be responsible for building rapport and trust with clients, utilizing active listening skills and tailored interventions that respect their individual needs.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• An active Tennessee license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a telehealth setting or exposure to various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous, as it enhances workflow efficiency and documentation accuracy.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
