Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using our telehealth platform, ensuring a secure and confidential environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals seeking support with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. By leveraging your therapeutic skills, you will help these clients work through challenges and achieve their personal growth goals. You will be responsible for building rapport and trust with clients, utilizing active listening skills and tailored interventions that respect their individual needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • An active Tennessee license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a telehealth setting or exposure to various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits
