Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator / Endpoint Management Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for a technical professional with strong experience in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows endpoint management, and enterprise systems administration who enjoys solving complex problems and improving operational performance across large-scale environments.
In this role, you will help drive endpoint modernization initiatives, support enterprise system operations, and enhance system reliability, security, and performance. Responsibilities:

What You'll Do
  • Provide recommendations for hardware, software, and infrastructure planning and budgeting
  • Maintain production change control schedules and participate in change management activities
  • Schedule, install, configure, and upgrade enterprise applications and system software
  • Implement enhancements that improve system reliability, efficiency, and performance
  • Assign and coordinate technical resources across projects while guiding team activities
  • Install and upgrade system software, tools, and utilities
  • Plan and manage enterprise system resource requirements
  • Administer system access controls and monitor user access
  • Design and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
  • Configure and maintain system environments and configurations
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance
  • Modify system configurations and components to resolve performance-related issues
  • Provide support for application development and infrastructure integration efforts
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune
  • Strong background in Windows OS deployment, endpoint management, and software distribution
  • Experience managing co-managed environments (SCCM + Intune)
  • Knowledge of Azure AD / Hybrid AD, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering SCCM and Intune in enterprise environments
  • Experience providing Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Windows operating systems
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
  • Experience troubleshooting endpoint, deployment, and configuration issues
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across infrastructure, security, and client support teams
  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification or related certifications preferred

Remote: Open to remote applicants in the United States, except for the following states: California, Illinois, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Washington and Wyoming

Hybrid: In office expected for individuals within 60 Miles of Albuquerque every Tues, Wed, Thurs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in related technical/business area plus 4 years of IT or business experience.
  • 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Advanced understanding of PC fundamentals and experience with MS-DOS, MS-Windows, and PC office automation products
