This data typically involves patient interactions and services provided, which are crucial for healthcare reporting, billing, and compliance. These analysts ensure the accuracy and completeness of data submitted to government agencies and health plans, identify data discrepancies, and help organizations meet regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of healthcare data standards are important for this role.
