Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive fan engagement, brand affinity, revenue growth, and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns that support ticket sales, premium products, events, partnerships, community initiatives, and other key business priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and ensure consistent execution across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Utilize consumer insights, market research, and performance data to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets, resources, agency relationships, and project timelines to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the organization's marketing capabilities and competitive position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ten (10) or more years of progressive marketing experience, including demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and developing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Five (5) or more years of people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, CRM, consumer lifecycle marketing, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Preferred

  • Experience in professional sports, entertainment, hospitality, live events, or another consumer-facing industry.
  • Knowledge of ticketing, membership, or fan engagement business models.
  • Experience managing agency partners and marketing technology platforms.
