Assist in the development of account plan strategy to identify key sales opportunities with existing and potential clients to drive retention and growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Assists with coordinating action plans with multiple internal entities. Job may have sales and business development role in addition to service role. Manages implementation activities and ongoing training to clients, based on knowledge of client business requirements and product knowledge.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • In partnership with Account Manager/Sales and/or working directly with clients, develops ongoing customer relationships
  • Provide full range of services to assigned accounts, including customer service, training, reporting, and providing solutions to customer problems
  • Act as liaison to other internal and external entities
  • May provide support to higher level Account Managers
  • Actively create sales opportunities
  • Gather data and provide information to answer questions and respond to inquiries


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Pay Range: $20.34 - $27.12 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
