Our outpatient office setup supports a structured framework that enhances your ability to manage a robust caseload while delivering exceptional care.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs and challenges faced by clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique circumstances.
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized therapy plans that integrate evidence-based practices tailored to individual goals and diagnoses.
• Guide clients in developing practical coping strategies and tools to enhance their emotional resilience, encouraging progress toward their mental health objectives.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records within our electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate continuity of care and streamline treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care, including making referrals to external providers when specialized services are required.

The primary client population includes adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients come to us seeking compassionate support and expert guidance to overcome their challenges and improve their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in a mental health discipline from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is essential, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and familiarity with contemporary evidence-based therapeutic methodologies is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong capabilities in crisis intervention are critical to managing diverse client needs effectively.

• Experience working remotely and managing a caseload using telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Prior exposure to substance use treatment and integration of holistic approaches into therapy is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable improvements in client outcomes through tailored interventions is preferred.
