This position is entirely remote, which allows you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while ensuring that you can provide services to clients at their convenience. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that supports both our staff and the clients we serve. • Provide personalized therapeutic services that address the unique needs and goals of each individual, couple, or family.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical case notes and documentation that comply with state regulations, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans that enhance patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, team meetings, and supervision sessions to stay informed on best practices in therapy and mental health care.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific requirements of clients, employing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and narrative therapy.

You will work with a diverse client base, addressing various emotional and psychological concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • A valid LMFT license in the state of California is required.
• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
