As a remote position working with a Detox Center, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker will enjoy the flexibility of remote work while engaging with clients primarily through telehealth platforms. This innovative setting enables our LCSWs to create meaningful connections and deliver effective treatments without geographical limitations. • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, utilizing standardized assessment tools and client interviews.
• Deliver personalized therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly revise detailed treatment plans that set measurable goals and interventions, adapting as necessary to meet clients’ evolving needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure an integrative approach to mental health care.
• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducation classes that promote community engagement and resilience, helping clients learn coping strategies in a group environment.
• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans whenever necessary to protect the well-being of clients.
• Maintain precise and compliant documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment progress in electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and acute trauma. Our clients may also include those involved in detox programs, necessitating an approach that is both compassionate and informed by the complexities of addiction and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years’ experience working within a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a personal commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience in providing teletherapy and utilizing remote healthcare technologies effectively.
• Familiarity with documentation requirements and EMR systems relevant to mental health practice.

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
