• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize care coordination for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying current with the latest mental health research and practices.

Your work will directly impact various client demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will be integral in providing support to those with limited previous access to mental health resources, helping to foster resilience and recovery within the community.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and to contribute to comprehensive client care strategies.
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies for efficient client documentation.

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources and services to support clients in their holistic wellbeing.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
