• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine client needs, creating tailored therapy strategies for each individual.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and comprehensive client care, ensuring that all aspects of the client's well-being are addressed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and workshops to remain current with advancements in mental health research and best practices.

In this role, you will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, family issues, trauma, and substance abuse. Many of our clients may not have had previous access to mental health services, making your role crucial in providing support and guidance as they navigate their personal struggles.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, with a preference for experience in a clinical setting.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building rapport with diverse clientele, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms is preferred, enhancing your ability to deliver effective remote care.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
