• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to inform the development of personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions suitable for individuals, couples, families, and groups across various settings.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, adapting techniques based on clients' unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to implement comprehensive care strategies that address both mental health and overall well-being.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements.

You will work with a varied clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. • Knowledge of various electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring seamless documentation and workflow management.
