Clarity Wellness Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team of mental health professionals. Our outpatient clinic utilizes various digital tools to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration among team members. You'll have access to state-of-the-art technology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring that you can deliver high-quality care from the comfort of your home.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on the psychosocial needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes that align with departmental policies and state requirements.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff, to communicate patient progress and treatment adjustments effectively.
• Provide crisis intervention support and counseling for clients experiencing emotional disturbances or behavioral challenges, employing therapeutic techniques to stabilize and support them.
• Assist clients with discharge planning and overall care coordination, ensuring seamless transitions to follow-up services as needed.
• Engage in family consultations to discuss treatment plans, progress, and resources available for additional support.

Your role as an LCSW will focus on crafting tailored therapeutic interventions that resonate with each client’s unique experiences. You will collaborate with clients to empower them in achieving their personal mental health goals, fostering resilience and improved coping strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active LCSW license in California is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in providing effective therapeutic interventions.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and EMR systems to facilitate smooth workflow and documentation.
• A strong organizational aptitude, coupled with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases efficiently.

• Experience working with a diverse client population and delivering culturally competent care.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention and group therapy settings is highly valued.
