About This Opportunity
This is an opportunity to shape how Advocate Health uses people insights to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen culture, and proactively manage workforce risks. As the People Relations & Enablement Analytics & Reporting Manager, you'll transform complex people data into meaningful business intelligence that influences executive decision-making and helps create a better experience for teammates, leaders, physicians, and faculty across the enterprise.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute the analytics strategy for the People Relations & Enablement function.
  • Define, measure, and monitor key metrics that support enterprise decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Design and deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze people-related data to identify trends, emerging issues, organizational hotspots, and systemic risks.
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Provide insight-driven guidance that helps leaders understand root causes and make informed decisions.
  • Partner with Technology, Workforce Analytics, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and confidentiality.
  • Establish data definitions, reporting standards, and governance processes that promote consistency and transparency.
  • Support automation initiatives and real-time reporting capabilities that enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Measure the impact of investigations, training initiatives, policy implementation, and resolution strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for early intervention and prevention by leveraging analytics to reduce recurring issues.
  • Create feedback loops that inform policy development, training strategies, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Advance a proactive, data-informed People Relations & Enablement operating model focused on organizational health and trust.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in People Relations, Workforce Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Partnering, or related advisory functions.
  • Experience developing and interpreting workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and identify meaningful patterns, risks, and opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate analytics into clear business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance enterprise priorities and operational needs.
  • Strong judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with sensitive and confidential employee-related information.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity while driving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Preferred
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Analytics, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting people relations, employee relations, workplace investigations, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Experience leading enterprise reporting, workforce analytics, or people insights programs.
  • Knowledge of data governance, reporting standards, privacy requirements, and HR technology platforms.
  • Experience presenting analytics and strategic recommendations to executive-level audiences.
