• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, personal concerns, and therapy goals.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, targeting various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing communication and resolving conflicts within relationships.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans that address individual clients' specific needs, clearly defining treatment objectives and methods.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate support and guidance as needed.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, effective coping strategies, and available community resources to assist in their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing professional counseling practice, guaranteeing client confidentiality and informed consent.

Your primary focus will be on an outpatient population, which encompasses a diverse array of demographics, including adults, children, and families. You will provide therapeutic services to clients facing various life challenges, ensuring that cultural sensitivity and awareness guide your interactions.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
• Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing quality counseling services to varied populations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and rapport-building.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities include:
