This is not just an administrative role. Our Treatment Coordinator is a key driver of practice growth and plays a critical part in achieving case acceptance goals. The right candidate will have a strong background in dentistry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present treatment in a way that builds trust, overcomes objections, and helps patients commit to the care they need.

We offer a supportive team environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth and advancement within our practice. If you're ready to join a dynamic team and make a difference in the lives of our patients, we'd love to hear from you! Apply today to become our newest Treatment Coordinator!

Position Overview

As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between patients and the clinical team, helping patients clearly understand their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and the value of completing recommended care. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver excellent dentistry and ensure a smooth, informed experience for every patient.

Why Join Our Team

  • Be a key contributor to practice growth—your results directly impact the success of the office.

  • Competative pay, and opportunity for career growth and development.

  • Work with a supportive, collaborative team that celebrates wins together.

  • Play a meaningful role in helping patients get the care they need and transform their smiles.

Perks and Benefits (Part-Time)

  • Employee Discount on dental services for you and your family – because your smile matters to us.
  • Flexible Schedule to fit your lifestyle – work-life balance made easy.
  • Referral Bonus Program – unlock the power of connections and earn rewards.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – confidential support and resources when you need them most.
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan – invest in your future with ease and prepare for the retirement you deserve.
  • Pay on Demand! Enjoy financial flexibility! Access a portion of your earned wages before payday

What You'll Do:

  • Confidently present treatment plans, using your dental knowledge to explain procedures in easy-to-understand terms.
  • Guide financial conversations—review insurance benefits, calculate patient co-pays, and present financing options to remove barriers to treatment.
  • Track and achieve case acceptance goals, working closely with the doctor and team to ensure patients start treatment promptly.
  • Proactively follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment, building relationships and encouraging them to move forward.
  • Partner with the dentist and clinical team to maximize schedule efficiency and production goals.
  • Monitor and report case acceptance metrics to help the team hit monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Act as the patient’s advocate and main point of contact, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from consultation to completion.
