• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that promote personal growth and healing.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress through regular updates, adapting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions, ensuring that mental health care is accessible to everyone.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with state regulations, instrumental for session planning and clinical follow-up.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at NovaCare, you will work primarily with adults and families experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and trauma recovery. • Hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Show strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills to manage a varied caseload efficiently.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is advantageous.
