• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments that identify clients' presenting issues, personal backgrounds, and treatment objectives.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across multiple modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and narrative therapy, tailored uniquely to each client.
• Develop, implement, and revise personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring a roadmap to address their specific needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical standards and legal guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of best practices, emerging research, and innovative therapeutic techniques.

Your work as an LCSW will intersect with a varied client base, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges related to mental health disorders, relationship dynamics, and personal growth goals. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Strong interpersonal communication and empathic listening skills to effectively connect with clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in private practice or mental health settings.
