Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial consultations to understand clients’ mental health concerns, backgrounds, and goals for treatment.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing best practices in counseling and therapeutic techniques that promote recovery.
  • Engage in ongoing education to remain current with advancements in counseling methodologies, ensuring patients receive effective and evidence-based interventions.

You will primarily work with adults facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
