As an outpatient service provider, you will engage clients virtually, maintaining high standards of professional practice through our secure and confidential telehealth platforms.

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other applicable methods.
• Facilitate open discussions in sessions, offering support and tools that empower clients to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to provide integrated and holistic care to clients.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and supervision opportunities to enhance your counseling skills and knowledge of current industry trends.

Your client base will include a diverse demographic, encompassing individuals and families facing various emotional and psychological issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. This role requires a nuanced understanding of the unique challenges and cultural contexts of each client, allowing you to tailor your approach effectively. Your empathetic engagement and therapeutic expertise will foster a safe environment for clients to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is mandatory.
• A valid professional counseling license in the state of Georgia, permitting independent practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing counseling services to a variety of clients.
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening, empathy, and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining ethical standards in practice.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR systems.

• Experience working in remote counseling or teletherapy settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and an openness to utilizing different modalities that best fit client needs.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with trauma histories.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
