Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $19/hour

Schedule: Must have open availability between 7:45 AM and 10:00 PM (local time)

Contract Length: 6 Months

Start Date: September 2026

About the Opportunity

We are seeking Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives to support customers during a high-volume enrollment season. This is a fully remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound customer calls and online chat inquiries
  • Assist customers with account creation and password resets
  • Help customers upload documents and navigate online portals
  • Answer questions regarding healthcare coverage and eligibility

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
