This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually.

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a work-life balance while engaging with clients effectively. Our outpatient office supports a vibrant and collaborative atmosphere where clinical staff can access leadership support and peer collaboration. You will be equipped with the necessary technological tools to ensure seamless communication with clients, other healthcare providers, and support staff.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and create safety plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Document all interactions and client statuses on the same day, especially for those at escalated risk of crisis service interaction.
• File critical incident reports with utmost urgency within 24 hours when necessary.
• Provide care coordination support by being available for after-hours phone consultation on an alternating schedule.
• Proactively engage with participants to develop customized strategies to minimize the likelihood of crisis service utilization.
• Maintain up-to-date crisis alerts to enhance coordination with county crisis services for participants.
• Oversee and document transitions between hospital/inpatient services and outpatient programs to support smooth discharges in collaboration with hospital staff.
• Utilize effective crisis de-escalation techniques in a variety of situations, serving as the Clinician of the Day when required.

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with Clear Mindcare, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health challenges. Your focus will be on providing personalized care that respects each client’s unique circumstances and objectives, empowering them to be active participants in their healing journey.

• Unrestricted independent license in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) is required.
• A Master’s degree or higher in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Ability to approach complex situations with educated judgment and maintain calm during crises.
• Strong communication skills, including empathetic listening and clear verbal expression.
• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize assignments and delegate tasks in a high-volume caseload setting.
• Flexibility in analytical abilities with a focus on quality service delivery under pressure.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct client care in a mental health setting.
• Experience with crisis intervention strategies and collaborative care approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting is highly desirable.
