This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from a location that best suits you. Our practice operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some scheduling flexibility may be needed based on patient requirements. You will join a collaborative team of professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed therapists, who are dedicated to patient-centered care and ongoing support for mental wellness.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, enabling you to craft personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailoring your approach based on patient requirements.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating an invaluable sense of community and shared learning among participants.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care, including coordinating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment approaches.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services during a mental health emergency, demonstrating your ability to maintain calm and effective patient support under pressure.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and resources within the community to promote informed decision-making.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings aimed at enhancing treatment practices and outcomes, as well as actively pursuing professional development opportunities.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in mental health therapy, incorporating new insights into your therapeutic practice.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Valid licensure in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is essential for this role.
• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders, alongside various evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Demonstrable experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective, targeted treatment plans.
• Ability to provide individual and group therapy to a broad spectrum of patients, utilizing tailored approaches for diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on effective communication, empathy, and collaborative teamwork.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiar with relevant computer applications to maintain patient records.

• Prior experience in an outpatient community health setting.
• Experience running support groups or psychoeducational workshops is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in mental health treatment and new therapeutic methodologies.
• Fluency in a second language is an asset, contributing to effective communication with a broader patient base.
