As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and evidence-based mental health care to clients across the United States through our secure telehealth platform. This position will be predominantly remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home or any location that meets your preference. Our telehealth facility uses cutting-edge technology to facilitate secure and interactive therapy sessions, ensuring that both clients and therapists can engage in a comprehensive treatment experience. The flexible work hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions that address individual client concerns, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or other effective modalities.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and track progress within sessions.
• Utilize our user-friendly telehealth platform to provide accessible therapy services, ensuring clients feel supported and engaged throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all client interactions, interventions, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops or courses, to stay updated with best practices in mental health care.

Your clinical practice will primarily involve working with pre-screened, low-acuity clients who express a range of mental health challenges. This role allows therapists to focus their efforts on building therapeutic rapport and delivering effective interventions, thus contributing to improved mental health outcomes without the concern of high-stress emergency situations.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• An active license to practice in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in good standing.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on communication and case management skills.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth delivery and familiarity with digital therapy tools will find this role especially rewarding. Proficiency in managing a diverse client caseload and adaptability to various therapeutic approaches will be highly beneficial.
