Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients
  • Provide compassionate, empathetic support using guided scripting
  • Build trust and ensure a positive patient experience
  • Accurately document patient information and needs
  • Prepare detailed reports for nurse triage teams
