For over 35 years, we have partnered with multi-site commercial clients across retail, healthcare, industrial, logistics, manufacturing, restaurant, and commercial real estate sectors.  As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced sales leader who can drive enterprise business development while leading a high-performing account management team.   

This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building executive relationships, closing complex commercial agreements, and developing a team that delivers exceptional client experiences. 

Position Summary: 

The Senior Enterprise Sales Executive & Team Manager is responsible for developing new enterprise business, expanding existing strategic accounts, and leading the Account Management Team. 

This individual will maintain an active sales pipeline while providing leadership, coaching, and accountability for the account management team. 

The ideal candidate combines the mindset of a business developer with the leadership skills needed to build long-term customer relationships and scalable revenue growth. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

Enterprise Business Development 

  • Generate new enterprise opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach. 
  • Build relationships with executive decision-makers including C-suite executives, Facility Directors, Operations Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Real Estate professionals. 
  • Develop strategic account plans focused on long-term recurring revenue. 
  • Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract execution. 
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. 

Strategic Account Growth: 

  • Develop growth strategies for existing national and regional customers. 
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, additional locations, and cross and value added-selling. 
  • Conduct executive business reviews with key clients. 
  • Improve customer retention through proactive relationship management. 
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships. 

Team Leadership: 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management Team. 
  • Establish performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability. 
  • Mentor team members in customer service, account management, communication, and relationship development. 
  • Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Sub-Vendor Team, Project Management, Billing, and Executive Leadership to ensure outstanding client experience. 
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management. 

Success in This Role Looks Like: 

  • Consistently generating a pipeline of  new qualified enterprise opportunities. 
  • Seeking out and securing new strategic commercial clients. 
  • Expanded revenue within existing customer accounts. 
  • Developed strong executive relationships with key decision-makers. 
  • Built a high-performing account management team focused on exceptional customer service and customer retention.
