Customer Sales & Service Representative - Fully Remote

Remote | U.S. & Canada | Flexible Hours | Virtual Position


We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in providing support throughout the customer experience,all from the comfort of home.

This position combines customer service and sales by assisting individuals who have requested information about available benefit options. You'll meet with clients virtually, answer questions, explain available solutions, and help guide them through the enrollment process.
