The telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allows you to conduct therapy sessions seamlessly through video chat.

• Conduct ethical, compassionate, and confidential mental health counseling sessions via video chat.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to create tailored strategies for individual clients.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate client self-discovery by helping them explore their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
• Monitor client progress against their treatment goals and adapt plans as necessary to ensure effective coping strategies are developed.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present diverse mental health needs—ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and interpersonal issues. Our goal is to assist these individuals in gaining insights and skills that enhance their quality of life, making a significant impact on their mental health journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold a full license to practice independently—options include:
  
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; no prior disciplinary actions.
• Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong client-centered approach.
• Strong proficiency in technology and computer literacy is essential for managing virtual sessions and documentation.

• Previous experience working remotely in a therapeutic setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is a plus.

• Attractive annual salary between USD 90,000 and 104,000, depending on hours worked and experience.
