• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to facilitate emotional healing and personal growth.
• Encourage clients to open up about their feelings and past experiences, fostering insight into their behaviors and relationships.
• Serve as a client advocate, assisting them in identifying and clarifying their personal goals.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health status using your clinical expertise, and formulate tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach in therapy, empowering clients to actively participate in their treatment journey.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, all of whom are prescreened and exhibit low acuity needs. This enables you to provide meaningful interventions without the added pressure of crisis situations. Our clients come from various backgrounds, seeking support for a range of issues, which gives you the opportunity to apply your unique skills and specialties to make a difference in their lives.

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong capability in assessing clients' mental health conditions and making informed treatment recommendations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and strong computer literacy.

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting therapy demands.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapeutic methods to effectively engage with clients.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, depending on the hours worked and other factors.
