Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Pay: $19.00/hr

Location: 100% Remote

Contract Length: 6 Months (Potential for Extension and Permanent Employment)

About the Opportunity

We are hiring Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives to support consumers during the healthcare open enrollment season. This is a fully remote opportunity with a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization that helps individuals and families access health insurance coverage.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service experience who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to online chat inquiries
  • Assist customers with account creation and password resets
  • Guide consumers through document uploads and online processes
  • Help customers manage their healthcare marketplace accounts
  • Verify eligibility information and review healthcare coverage options
  • Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document customer interactions accurately within company systems
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
  • Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Required Qualifications
