• Conduct comprehensive assessments of student mental health needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with students’ individual goals and family dynamics.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records that adhere to best practices and legal requirements.
• Collaborate continuously with a multidisciplinary team of educators, school psychologists, and administrators to ensure holistic care.
• Educate students and families about mental health resources and strategies for coping with challenges.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest mental health research, trends, and best practices.

Your primary focus will be on students ranging from elementary through high school, who are navigating various personal and academic challenges. This role will involve forming trusting relationships with young individuals and their families, guiding them through the process of healing and personal development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or school setting.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with students, families, and team members.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, necessary for developing tailored treatment plans.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Experience working in school-based mental health programs or with adolescent populations.
• Familiarity with educational systems and an understanding of the challenges faced by students.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from **$120,000 - $140,000**, commensurate with experience.
