• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of students to diagnose mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to guide students towards achieving their personal and academic goals.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations while ensuring the confidentiality and safety of our clients.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and mental health professionals to provide coordinated care and support for students facing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Engage in ongoing case consultation and peer review discussions to continuously improve the quality of care and effectiveness of intervention strategies.

• Provide psychoeducation to students and their families, empowering them with tools and knowledge to manage mental health effectively.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mental health to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of students, ages ranging from elementary to high school. Each student may present with unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and difficulties stemming from trauma or familial factors. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) license in the state of Maryland.

• At least two years of clinical experience, particularly in working with adolescents and families in a therapeutic capacity.

• Experience implementing solution-based psychotherapy interventions and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
