Job description

Hey Future Daybreak Clinical Supervisors!

At Daybreak Health, we're building a world where every young person has access to the mental health support they need to thrive. As a clinical supervisor on our team, you'll be part of a dedicated, compassionate community of therapists — guiding the next generation of clinicians while continuing to make a direct impact on students' lives. We value flexibility, efficiency, and collaboration, allowing you to focus on what matters most: developing strong clinicians and supporting student success. If you're looking for meaningful work, a supportive team, and the opportunity to lead, we'd love to have you join us!

About the Role: Remote LPC Clinical Supervisor (Georgia)

We are looking for LPC-credentialed clinical supervisors to oversee associate-level clinicians providing teletherapy services to students across Georgia. As a Remote Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, ethical, and effective care while mentoring associate clinicians and collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners.

License Requirement: Fully licensed LPC with active Georgia LPC Supervisor credential (approved by the Georgia Composite Board to supervise LAPCs).

What You'll Do

  • Conduct regular individual and/or group supervision sessions with LAPC associate clinicians, per Georgia Board requirements.
  • Review and sign off on associate clinicians' clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments.
  • Guide case conceptualization and support sound clinical decision-making on complex or high-risk cases.
  • Track and document supervision hours in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements.
  • Provide real-time consultation and support for crisis or risk situations as they arise.
  • Collaborate with school counselors and district partners to ensure continuity of care for students.
  • Lead case consultations and training sessions to strengthen supervisees' clinical skills.
  • Give ongoing feedback on associates' performance, including input toward licensure readiness.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health's clinical supervision practices and training curriculum.

Why Join Us?

  • Receive competitive pay ($70–$120/hour) for supervision, with guaranteed compensation for cancellations and no-shows.
  • Work remotely with flexible scheduling.
  • Join a supportive team with ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Be part of a mission-driven organization making a difference in students' lives.
  • Play a direct role in shaping the next generation of licensed clinicians in Georgia.

What Our Clinicians Are Saying...

"As we learn, we're teaching each other. A lot of the interventions that I've used are things that I've learned from other clinicians. I really love the clinical collaboration which ensures that we provide the best supports for our young clients."

"I feel so honored and privileged to work with this group of clinicians. You make me better every day."

"I absolutely love working with my young clients. They are so real, honest, and... hilarious! They're the ones inspiring me!"

We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply, including those from diverse communities such as race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, age, religion, and socioeconomic background.
