As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pyramid Care Consultants, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, family, and group counseling sessions via our secure telehealth platform to help clients identify and address mental health challenges.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on empowerment and skill-building.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to manage symptoms associated with mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses, ensuring client safety and confidentiality at all times.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in our cloud-based EHR system to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including those governing Medicaid and Medicare.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and support staff to enhance the quality of care and integrate holistic approaches into treatment.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and research in mental health to continually improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

• Strong technological skills, with the ability to utilize telehealth tools and electronic documentation systems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule.
• Completion of a background check to ensure the safety of our clients and community.

Additional qualifications that would enhance your candidacy include:

• Experience working with a diverse clientele and understanding the cultural nuances that may affect mental health treatment.
• Previous telehealth experience or familiarity with remote counseling practices.
