• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions using secure online platforms, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, providing consistent support and guidance throughout their mental health journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities customized to align with clients’ preferences, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or solution-focused techniques.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, meeting all regulatory standards.

As a Mental Health Counselor with our team, you will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your work will involve understanding the unique circumstances of each client and crafting personalized approaches that resonate with their lived experiences, this is particularly important given the varied demographics of Clarksville, TN.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a trusting therapeutic relationship remotely.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to therapy, demonstrating a clear understanding of clients' challenges and their emotional needs.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to effectively handle multiple clients and thorough documentation remotely.
