This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to serve clients from the comfort of your own space while participating in a supportive outpatient office community. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life integration. We employ various digital tools and platforms, including telehealth services, to maintain high levels of connection and support both for clients and staff.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and concerns, using established evaluation criteria and methodologies.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, utilizing evidence-based strategies and interventions.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and collaborative environment conducive to healing and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff, to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in mental health care.

Our counseling services cater to a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds and age groups, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and foster a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold an active state license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Proficient computer skills with experience utilizing Google Suite and electronic health record systems for managing client information.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.

A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing therapy services is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities and a commitment to client-centered care. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling practices will be advantageous as you integrate into our digital service offerings.

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
