As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, developing tailored treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based interventions.

• Providing psychotherapy services, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, based on individual client needs.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality while using electronic record systems effectively.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to formulate cohesive treatment strategies for clients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, discuss challenging cases, and enhance the overall quality of care.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families, assisting them in understanding treatment options and available community resources.

• Staying informed about current research and trends in mental health to incorporate new methodologies into practice continually.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience focused on delivering psychotherapy services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact empathetically with clients and families.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently.

• Previous work experience in a remote setting or within a school or educational institution is advantageous.

• Familiarity with contemporary telehealth practices and electronic health record management systems.
